• Positive: Las peliculas de estreno en la tele y el jacuzzi del spa
• Negative: Que la puerta de la terraza no funcionase,que el secador no funcionase,que la señal de wifi no llegara a la habitación,que hubiera un pelo en la almohada,que un vaso del baño estuviera escarchado,tener que esperar hasta las 15:30 para utilizar la habitación (cuando podia entrar a las 14:30)...

• Staff: 2.5 Cuando llegamos esperamos 30min porque estaban repasando la habitación (cuando eran las 15h y se puede entrar a partir de las 14:30). Cuando nos íbamos pedimos si nos podían subir al edificio 1 que es donde teniamos el coche y tardaron 15min (al final fuimos andando)

• Room: 2.5 Que no funcionen las cosas no me gusta. Cuando se paga es para disfrutar de todo.
