• Cleanliness: 10 The hotel appeared clean througout the rooms and general lobby area.
• Location: 5 Fairly near to the center of the city, and in easy walking distance.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated While internet services were advertised and sold, the wireless system did not work in the rooms.
• Staff: Not rated The front desk staff was not helpful, and sometimes rude, when addressed in Spanish or English. In the evening, the front desk would not provide extra towells upon request, nor provide extra pillows. Information given about trains accessiblity to the Barcelona airport was incorrect, and as a result one of our travellers missed a flight.
