• Positive: Pool and Terrace area were lovely. the pool is a nice size and there were the perfect number of sunbeds/tables and chairs around. It was always kept clean and tidy.

• Location: 7.5 Was a little bit away from the centre - but then that helped keep the noise quiet.
• Common facilities and services: Not rated They didn%27t want to tell you about services they offered, the bar never had any staff, the restuarant was awful.
• Staff: Not rated The reception staff were downright rude. when we arrived, he asked "what do you want" and then the only other thing he said was room xx and shuved a key card at us.
• Quietness: 7.5 It is on the main road to the hospital so there were a few sirens going past. But not more than 1 an hour maybee.
• Room: 7.5 We had (for reasons unknown to us) what seemed to be one of the few rooms without a balcony although the view from the window was gorgeous. Nice size room/bathroom/plenty of storage.

• Common facilities and services: 10 There could be better signs in the hotal directing guests to the bar, pool, restaurant etc, therefore freeing up the reception staff.
• Staff: 10 Very helpful and multi-lingual. Sometimes there was a long queue at reception.

• Room: 7.5 The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom contained a wealth of products for the forgetful traveller. But the showerhead needed descaling & some of the furniture was a little shabby. The balcony needed painting.
