• Cleanliness: 7.5 Un peu de moisissure dans la salle d'eau,mais propre. Agréable parfum de propreté à l'arrivée.
• Location: 10 A quelques mn à pied de sites touristiques, ou bien de station de métro (2 arrets et on est dans le centre historique...) Plein de services à proximité (resto, internet, pharmacie, poste...)
• Common facilities and services: 5 Le poste internet non fonctionnel pendant notre séjour.
• Staff: 7.5 Personnel dispo et agréable, sans plus. Grande honneteté du personnelde ménage, mon gps trainait sur un lit, je l'ai retrouvé bien rangé sur le coffre fort.
• Quietness: 10 Chambre 212 très calme.
• Room: 5 Chambre 212 donnant sur un patio technique, peu de lumière naturelle, mais très calme. Equipements récents, literie correcte, 2 chaines françaises (tv5monde et tf1), coffre pratique et assez grand.
• Value for money: 10 Avons profité d'une offre spéciale.

• Positive: El trato del personal fue excelente. La decoracion de la habitacion y las dimensiones de esta eran perfectas.
• Negative: En particular en nuestra habitacion se colaban bastantes ruidos de los pasillos,y habitaciones continuas. La señora de la limpieza parecia q lanzaba el carrito contra nuestra puerta y nos despertabamos sobresaltados y asustados a las 7 de la mañana y en el mejor de los casos a las 10. Los recambios del baño me parecieron escasos, eramos 2 personas y solo teniamos un pequeñisimo gel, champu y crema para los 2, ademas no habia cuchilla de afeitar, por lo q mi pareja estubo sin afeitarse toda la estancia. Desayunar en el hotel dos croisants y dos cafes nos costo 30€, lo cual me parecio exagerado. Y el servicio que se anuncia en la pagina web del smart al servicio de los clientes no es cierto

• Positive: La cordialità e disponibilità è stata elevata, non mancano gli accessori quali spazzolino denti pettine.... se chiedi hanno mappe della città ed è in buona posizione. Buono anche il prezzo
• Negative: Forse la pulizia del copriletto poteva essere migliore aveva delle macchie ( io lo tolto). in stanza avevamo rumore portato dal canale dell%27aria.
