• Cleanliness: 7.5 very clean, the only annoyance is that for two days running, the maids completely ignored the 'do not disturb' sign on the door.
• Location: 7.5 within walking distance/metro of all tourist areas. Central location. Not many nice places to eat around the hotel though.

• Staff: Not rated The staff were the worst feature of this hotel. Rude, inefficient, lazy. I asked for a spoon on my second night there...I'm still waiting.
• Quietness: 5 although not directly amongst the tourist sights, it is too noisy to sleep with the window open.

• Value for money: 10 excepting the behaviour of the staff, this was a very reasonable stay.

• Positive: La amabilidad de los/las recepcionistas. La situación.
• Negative: La cama extra que reservamos no era una cama, sino un plegatín donde no se podía dormir. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear (paredes sucias, colchas con manchas...) Los secadores de pelo estaban rotos. el surtido de complementos de baño era deficiente (no había gel)

• Positive: the location - it was pretty central so was easy to walk to most places and close to a metro station.
• Negative: the nose from other guests - but only as there was a party of students from america staying on our floor - when they came in late at night we could hear everything! Thankfully they only stayed one night!
