• Staff: 2.5 (1) At check-in the receptionist told us the hotel had internet and the wifi code would be on the TV. When we got to the room we spent 10 minutes trying to turn on the TV. When we returned to reception the lady seemed amused and told us we had to request and pay a deposit for a remote control. Why not tell us before we went up to the room? (2) At breakfast the first day the restaurant was full. We walked round looking for a table. The head waiter then started shouting loudly at us (and other guests) to go back and stand in line. We had seen no line. Also no indication to wait to be seated. (3) We spent the second evening with family in the bar listening to music. One by one they left, but we remained. My wife went outside and I went to the bathroom. We left a white scarf on the seat to show we were coming back. When we returned the drinks had been cleared away. This can happen, but the waiter then would not replace the drinks, saying that I only had a little wine left, and my wife's glass was also almost empty. This is service at its worst. (4) In our bathroom we received two small pieces of soup and two small sachets of shower gel. The maid did not replenish them. When I went to reception the lady gave me two more sachets, but said we only received soap and shower gel on the first day. This is in a 200 euro a night hotel room. It's a disgrace.
