  • Room: 5 The view from balcony is spoilt by the overgrown tree - it needs to be cut back quite a bit.
  • Value for money: 5 Lunch and Dinner - we found the food not as good as previous years. The chips were dry, no boiled potatoes, very little choice of vegetables. Lumpy custard and the apple crumble - you had to break through the crumble it was so hard. This is not a cheap hotel - but it is a good hotel. Food would have to improve to warrant paying the price we have this year.
