• Positive: location, clean and tidy room, bathtub, good wi-fi, nice people at the reception, comfortable bed.
• Negative: Thin walls, the room itself was very small that it was uncomfortable to move around the bed, the safe required money to activate. Very small closet.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Everything was clean enough.
• Location: 7.5 Good location and quite area, a bit far to walk to the center of Paris.
• Common facilities and services: 5 We didn't use any except for the elevator which was so small only one person and the luggage could use it at one time, and it only stops between floors so you still have to drag your luggage up or down the stairs to your door.
• Staff: 7.5 Nice staff, answered any questions we had. No problem at check in or check out. Spoke English.
• Quietness: 5 Blocks outside noises, but you can hear people sneezing and talking in the next rooms.
• Room: 5 Small room, has everything we needed for the one night.
• Value for money: 7.5 We only looked for a safe place to sleep after the flight and then move to our rented apartment in the morning, and it did the job.
