• Positive: Friendly and helpful staff; receptionist speaks english; comfortable rooms; nice design; low prices; free WiFi; convenient disposition: metro stations, shops, restaurants and cafes are very close; guests are allowed.
• Negative: 1. There are some days when WiFi work really bad. 2. DO NOT take the shuttle to airport!!! It is much better to go by metro and train (RER) or to take a taxi. The problem is that the hotel staff does not know how bad the shuttle is, so they recomend to take it.

• Cleanliness: 10 Room is cleaned every day, so when you return it is always tidy and smells good.
• Location: 10 Many shops, restaurants and cafes are near. Metro stations are very close. It takes only 15-20 minutes on foot to get to Eiffel Tower.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The only disappointing thing is the breakfast: tasty but not nutritious. So I took only the room and was eating in the bakery near by.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 7.5 The hotel is in a quiet place, but sound proofing is not very good.
• Room: 10 The rooms have all the necessary facilities and are very comfortable.
