• Cleanliness: 7.5 The hotel is kept clean. My room was done sometimes late in the afternoon so I would comebsck from work and find the maid doing my room so I had to go get some coffee and ocme back.
• Location: 10 Very close to downtown Madrid to all the monuments and museums
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 The hotel has a modest bar and nothing else so don%27t plan to find much going on there. The breakfast is 15 euros and the meal of the day is 35 euros. very expensive. you are better off spending your food money somewhere else. There are no irons in the hotel so plan of doing your ironing somewhere else. also, the laundry service is very expensive. I paid 61 euros for a few pieces of underwear, shirts and a pair of pants.
• Staff: 7.5 Spaniards are very reluctant to learn english since everything is dubbed or translated to spanish there so dont plan in finding well english spoken staff in the hotel. many of them like waiters and waitresess are new immigrants that dont speak english.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 5 The mattress was cheap, uncomfortable and noisy. the tv channel selection was poor. Only two channels in english and they were both news.
• Value for money: 5 The room is a bit pricey for what you get but on the other hand it%27s madrid so everything is expensive there.

• Value for money: 5 Breakfast was expensive if you only wanted to eat toast and cereal. One price for the buffet breakfast not a price for continental and a price for full breakfast.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 Os quarto apresentavam-se sempre arrumaos e limpos, bem como todas as áreas do hotel.
• Location: 7.5 Bem situado, com transportes muito perto do hotel e perto de lugares de interesse como o museus do Prado, Rainha Sofia, Jardim Botanico e ainda do ponto central do Madrid Vision
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Normal para um hotel de 4 estrelas.
• Staff: 7.5 As pessoas do hotel foram muito amáveis e eficientes no aconselhamento de visitas, restaurantes e de espectáculos.
• Quietness: 7.5 Sempre tive tranquilidade, não sendo incomodado por ruídos exteriores.
• Room: 7.5 Os quartos são adequados, tanto em relação ao seu tamanho e equipamento. Em relação às vistas, é muito mau. Em frente da janela tinha uma parede de outro prédio.
• Value for money: 7.5 É uma boa opção.

• Location: 10 The town is a 5 min walk and after a good meal you need that walk. you have everythin you need around you. One point would work better if there was somewhere to sit out in the sun
