• Location: 10 nice shops and restaurants around. Close to metro etc
• Common facilities and services: Not rated Maybe this was my last time. I NEED better possibilities for internetaksess. The neighbours wifi is NOT sufficient. Get your own access and improve a "business center". Then I will return..
• Staff: 10 Your staff is excellent, but they deserve a better style and facelift of the hotel to look more modern.
• Quietness: 10 I stay here, just because it%27s no traffic noice. Could however be better noice reducing betweens halls and room, and room to room
• Room: 5 Size ok, but shape sometimes strange. View cannot be changed as the building is at it is. Please promote the few rooms with view as you have some, maybe to a higher price? Some allwayd pays more, for more...
• Value for money: 7.5 Not anymore, because of missing internet services "as everybody else has." Before this was not so important, NOW it is (2008, come on!)
