• Positive: Location,price,free wifi, staff were very friendly(despite the language barrier!)
• Negative: For what u pay u can't complain,it's a bit noisy but it's right on la rambla. The staff really can't speak or even understand english and it's not the most social place

• Quietness: 2.5 It's right on la rambla and there's no double glazing,I stayed on a saturday night...it was a bit loud!

• Positive: La habitación tenia balcon a la Ramblas y su eqipamiento no estaba mal.
• Negative: El trato del personal. No me pusieron toallas y cuando fui a pedir una, de manera totalmente indiferente me dijeron que tenia que esperar que las estaban lavando. Qué clase de servicio se le presta al cliente???

• Location: 10 Es lo mejor del establecimiento.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 La infraestructura del edificio esta bastante dañada, deberia invertir un poco en su reparación, para hacerlo más agradable a la vista.
• Staff: 5 Algunos miembros del personal fueron muy amables y eficientes en el desempeño de su labor, mientras que otros fueron un tanto desagradables.
• Quietness: 7.5
• Room: 5 No estaba tan mal, pero por ejemplo las puertas del balcón no se podian cerrar muy bien, quedaban entre abiertas.
