• Negative: poor comfort, lack of fresh air (some rooms don't have windows), sounds by night (somebody on the upper levels had drum party)

• Cleanliness: 2.5 due to lack of fresh air - there was a strange wet smell in our room
• Location: 10 right on Ramblas near plaza Colon
• Common facilities and services: Not rated just shared bathroom (take care not to fall on the wet flooe - it's a trick). Good point is that they let keep baggage after check-out
• Staff: 7.5 they started speaking english
• Quietness: Not rated noise outside in the Ramblas was overnight. Noise from the windows of the same building. Drum-party.
• Room: 2.5 tiny, wet room. Some rooms had shower in the room - not sure it's good for a room with lack of ventilation
• Value for money: 5 you can find better places for that money - but doubfully on the same good location
