• Location: 10 The Hotel is approx five min walk down hill towards the puerta del sol.

• Staff: 7.5 Helpful and spoke English when my Spanish let me down.
• Quietness: 5 I had aroom at the back, but some of the other (American) guests were loud.
• Room: 5 My room was on the small side. The bed creaked and was too small for me.
• Value for money: 7.5 Although the room was on the small side, all in all the hotel was good value for what i paid

• Location: 10 Mitten im Altstadtviertel. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden!

• Quietness: 10 Das Zimmer lag im Innenhof und war dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind auch relativ ruhig, da das Hotel an einem autofreien Platz liegt.
