• Quietness: 10 Our rooms did not overlook the Plaza Angel so were very quiet. Would imagine that if they had it would have been very noisy at night
• Room: 7.5 Clean and tidy. Big enough for two people. Basic but excellent value for money.
• Value for money: 10 Compared with other surrounding 3 and 4 star hotels the hostel was excellent value for money. Basic but all that is required for a weekend away with friends.

• Positive: I was unable to stay at your establishment due to communication problems with taxi driver, but your professionalism in handleing the cancelation of the booking showed me your efficiency, and I hope to stay with you next year. The first two weeks of July are holiday for me, and I always travel to Europe. Mostly in Spain. Although I was forced to stay in a hostel on the gran via, on my third trip to madrid, I explored the city like I never had. I wasn%27t trilled with the hostal, the city is the best.
