"Ante todo, nuestro más sincero agradecimiento por haber elegido nuestro Hotel y por su critica. Lamentamos que hayan quedado descontentos, pero no duden que ponemos todo de nuestra parte para que nuestros clientes disfruten de una estancia confortable y agradable, con un esfuerzo constante de mejora y mantenimiento de nuestras instalaciones. El pequeño desconchado que presentaba la habitación permanecía oculto por las cortinas y por ello se escapó de nuestro mantenimiento (era de 2 cm en el ángulo de la ventana) hemos procedido a repararlo, pero no hemos encontrado mayor problema con la pintura de la habitación."
