• Positive: El trato del personal hacia nosotros, siempre atentos y resolutivos, nos dejaron un paraguas cuando llovió, por poner un ejemplo. El desayuno-buffet excelente.

• Cleanliness: 10 las empleadas de la limpieza muy amables y atentas, siempre dejan la habitación impoluta y si les pides algo que te falte te lo dan sin problema.
• Location: 10 A pie de playa, a 5 minutos en coche a casi todo, por ejemplo a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Además cerca del tranvía y paradas de autobús.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Todo correcto.
• Staff: 10 Magnifica atención siempre.
• Quietness: 7.5 Hasta las 12 de la noche más o menos se escucha la música de los bares-pubs del paseo. Algo normal para la zona, pues está en pleno paseo marítimo.
• Room: 10 baño equipado con secador, botes de gel-champú y leche corporal. Caja fuerte y minibar, está completísima
