• Quietness: 10 Marlasca is incredibly quiet for its location. Noise from the street can be very loud, ask for an room off the street if this would bother you during your stay.

• Positive: Su ubicación, muy cerquita de La Puerta del Sol y su entorno con cafeterías, y tabernas muy agradables. Se puede considerar básico, sin lujos, pero la cama es muy confortable, el baño y la ducha funcionan muy bien y por su precio no se puede pedir más.
• Negative: El tamaño del ascensor, sólo hay problemas cuando tienes que trasladar el equipaje, porque se puede ir por la escalera perfectamente al tratarse de un 2º piso. El armario es de una sola puerta, y si la estancia es de varias noches y tienes bastante equipaje se queda corto.
