• Location: 10 right near where we wanted to be.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 let us store our luggage until later in the day.
• Staff: 10 very friendly and helpful staff.
• Quietness: 10 received an interior room which was incredibly quiet.
• Room: 5 room was quite small, but we only stayed overnight, so was not a problem.
• Value for money: 7.5 Felt like we received good value for what we paid considering Madrid a a major city.
