  • Negative: Que la habitación no tenía radiadores. En su lugar, había aire acondicionado, gracias al cual acabé con la garganta enferma. Una buena calefacción es fundamental en el invierno madrileño, así que mi valoración final es negativa.

  • Cleanliness: 10 Cambian las toallas y pasan la fregona todos los días.
  • Location: 10 Zona de Bilbao, junto a la calle Sagasta.
  • Common facilities and services: 2.5 Edificio antiguo y carente de un auténtico sistema de calefacción (no hay radiadores).
  • Staff: 7.5 Amable.
  • Quietness: 2.5 Edificio antiguo, con paredes de papel.
  • Room: 5 Edificio antiguo, con paredes de papel y sin radiadores. Por lo demás, no está mal para el precio que tiene (TV, WIFI y baño propio).
  • Value for money: 5 Para lo que cuesta (35 €) podría ser peor. Sin embargo, creo que no merece las tres estrellas que tiene, ya que no tiene un verdadero sistema de calefacción (no hay radiadores), algo fundamental para pasar el invierno madrileño.
