• Cleanliness: 10 Everyday cleaning service was included.
• Location: 10 Pefect location on the best street pf Madrid (all the best shops, bars are there, just 1 minute walking from the central Metro Station, a walking distance to all Madrid points of interest.
• Common facilities and services: 5 The room has a twin bad, closet, TV with MTV and Disney channels, console, air conditioner and a ceiling fan. No refridirator is available in the hostel.
• Staff: 10 The people were very polite and helpful even didn't speak english.
• Quietness: 5 We got the room inside the building, so it was very quite. The only noise was by water usage of neighbours, but it didn;t interfere us.
• Room: 5 Very small room, efficiently used.
• Value for money: 10 For a little money I paid I couldn't expect for more. Except one thing: they could change the crack sink, it was bot aesthetic.

• Negative: The hotel was very stingy on toliet paper in the shared bathrooms. In comparision to like places I've stayed in other cities and countries, the staff spoke no other languages making it difficult to communicate when the air conditioning went out twice.
