• Negative: The view from the street is not inviting and the room had a clear stench of smoke

• Cleanliness: 5 The smoke smell was displeasing. Everything else was clean.
• Location: 10 The location is great, just a few blocks from Gran Via on fuencarral with great shops.
• Common facilities and services: 5 There was a 24 hour desk clerk. No large common area.

• Quietness: 2.5 Right off of a busy street so the hustle and bustle is clearly heard. Earplugs were necessary, but it was a price we were willing to pay for a great location.

• Value for money: 5 Compared to hostels in other cities, this was clearly more expensive but in terms of Madrid price I can't really compare.

• Positive: Lo amable que fueron con migo, me trataron como en casa, la limpieza es ecepcional,la habitacion que me toco era amplia y com mucha luz y Las 24h de atencion al cliente.
• Negative: fue que no tenia accensor, aunque tampoco es muy importante.. ya que esta en una primera planta.

• Quietness: 5 aunque en algunos momentos se escucha a otras habitaciones.
• Room: 7.5 bueno.. esta bien, es amplia,con mucha luz,limpia..etc..
• Value for money: 7.5 la verdad, muy bien de precio.
