• Cleanliness: 7.5 The only complain: towels smelled not as nice as they could. We could smell some chlorine or other specific used to clean them. Please use something else which smell nicer.
• Location: 10 Perfect, perhaps even better than on La Rambla (closer to the subway).
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 There could be an ice machine on each floor as in American hotels :) Also, getting to the room wasn%27t as easy as one would have thought because there was no direct lift to the sixth floor, but this was no problem for us though.
• Staff: 10 Perfect. They have greeted us with a glass of wine, and the staff was also very useful and friendly.
• Quietness: 10 Even though it is in the center it was quiet. We can%27t complain!
• Room: 10 Room could be bigger, but also we can%27t compain. We had a small terrace for us (room on 6th floor) which was great.
• Value for money: 10 Perfect. The cheapest 3 star hotel I could find in the very city of Barcelona.

• Staff: Not rated The Gentelman on the reception was very rude when enquired about the parking as stated on the website. When we asked for our money back as we weren%27t wanting to stay due lack of facities that were advertised we were told no, with no apology
