• Positive: Su ubicación sobre el acantilado en en la zona que mas me gusta de la isla. La comida y la zona de piscinas está genial.
• Negative: Lo que menos me gusto fue la limpieza de la habitación, no me esperaba una limpieza tan superficial la verdad porque lo que son todo el hotel y las zonas comunes están impecables, sin embargo la habitación regular, lo notamos sobretodo las personas alergicas a los ácaros, no se aspira en profundidad, de echo, en la limpieza diaria no se usan aspiradoras sino mopas y escobas, y trapos para el polvo, no me parece lógico este sistema para un hotel de esta categoría. A mi parecer sería el único pero que le pongo al hotel que por lo demás me parece fantástico, pero no me importaría pagar un poco más por tener una limpieza mejor.

• Negative: Why oh why is the food Luke warm??? What can you do to improve this? Some of the entertainment is truly awful. On the nights when it is good the room is full with happy customers supporting the bar - better for your revenues to have good entertainment

• Negative: Que los postres no están suficientemente refrigerados (no están fríos) porque el lugar en el que están no permiten que se mantengan fríos lo suficiente. Una tarta templada no sabe igual que una tarta fría que es como debe estar. Recomendaría ubicar un mantenedor.
