• Positive: El tamaño y la limpieza de la habitación.
• Negative: El caos durante las comidas para obtener asiento. No hay nadie que reciba en la puerta ni que acompañe a mesa. No hay forma de saber si las mesas están libres u ocupadas. Para sentarse en terraza, dependiendo de quién estuviera de jefe de camareros ese día, a veces había que esperar a que te sentaran y otras, que lanzarse a por una mesa que pareciera libre (a riesgo de que no lo estuviera). A veces la actitud de los camareros dejaba mucho que desear: aunque muchos eran amables, otros no lo eran tanto.

• Room: 7.5 Muy amplia y cómoda, pero echamos en falta artículos de aseo básicos, como loción corporal, acondicionador y kit dental. Imperdonable en un hotel de esta categoría.

• Positive: The entertainment at the pool. Staff so friendly. Sax player, water inflatables, mojito party, zumba, candy floss making, slime making, , design a t shirt. Was so varied for a group of 13 with younger children and teens. Just brilliant
• Negative: We arrived late and missed a whole day off all inclusive. Very very limited choice of snacks available so the children all went to bed hungry. I was charged a higher rate per night than my family which meant my holiday cost 600euro more, was bit unfair considering we had the same number of adults and children in room and i booked an early booking offer.
