• Positive: The friendly staff and service. The infinity pools, plenty of sun beds . Lovely towels everywhere.The bedrooms were great with very comfortable beds. Wonderful balcony and amazing sea views. Taxi service was super.
• Negative: Sun beds with towels on them not people. Stop reserving them . The juice and coffee machines finishing before 10.30am. Lifts always too busy

• Positive: Las vistas y la ubicación.
• Negative: De entrada cuando solicitamos Todo Incluido fue porque era Premium. Falso. Hemos estado en hoteles con ese servicio (que pagamos) e incluye TODO. El vuestro es un “todo incluido cutre”, muy cutre. El nivel tan bajo de las bebidas del “todo incluido”. Las normas absurdas como usar vasos de plástico pequeños para los clientes TI y grandes para el resto. Y VASOS DE PLÁSTICO NO RECICLABLES!!! que están ya prohibidos. O no incluir Cerveza Tropical siendo de la zona.
