• Positive: La piscina, la habitación. El buenísimo trato del personal de la recepción y cafetería.
• Negative: La animación infantil es lo que menos nos gustó pues en vacaciones esperas que realicen juegos al aire libre, en `piscina como en otros hoteles, fiesta de espuma, discoteca infantil a diario, no que los tengan haciendo manualidades en el interior. No debería anunciar animación infantil con lo que están ofreciendo

• Positive: Everything was first class except for one thing which is a very minor thing but lets the whole hotel down.. see below
• Negative: The gym was well equipped but unfortunately for a fantastic luxury hotel, i couldnt believe there was no Air Conditioning, you use a couple of small fans which do nothing at all to be honest.. and also the television needs to be tuned into the programs as it dosnt work... if you sorted out these problems then it would be the Best and hotel i have ever stayed in !!

• Cleanliness: 10 Housekeeping where really friendly, and very thorough at their job
• Location: 10 In a nice quiet area only about 8 minutes away from the town
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Everything fantastic except for the gym not having Air Conditioning and the tv didnt work
• Staff: 10 So friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to, every staff made you feel welcome
• Quietness: 10 Very quiet area
• Room: 10 Fabulous rooms, all big and had everything we needed
• Value for money: 10 Fantastic value for money for what they give you
