• Room: 5 Furniture was quite dated, and scruffy in bedroom. Lack of instructions led to problem with jacuzzi bath in the bathroom.

• Positive: La densidad de huéspedes en relación con el espacio e instalaciones. Además, la piscina exterior climatizada (a pesar de estar un poco más fría este año). Por último, la excelente atención al cliente proactiva de algunas personas del Staff (Lea e Isidro, especialmente).
• Negative: La falta de un patrón fiable de actividades diarias. Es un hotel que todavía no ha definido su estilo ni se ha especializado (familias, parejas, etc). En nuestro caso, las actividades infantiles eran pocas, de bajo interés para los niños, horario limitado y cambiante de un día para otro.
