• Room: Not rated las habitaciones son las piores habitaciones que he visto en mi vida, he pagado la noche pero fuí a dormir en otro hostal cerca de allí, porque la habitacion no tenia ningunas condiciones para dormir, nada tenian a ver con las fotos del site de internet que muestran

• Location: 10 Right next to all the attractions and bars
• Common facilities and services: 5 Good, but closed in the night.
• Staff: Not rated Staff were rude and arrogant. They ruin an otherwise good hostel.
• Quietness: 7.5 Was quiet enough to sleep.
• Room: 5 Everything you normally need.
• Value for money: Not rated Hostel tries to rip people off. Be careful! They charged me more than everyone else in the same room, despite some of them not even making reservations, and were rude when I enquired why.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 todo estaba muy limpio menos la cocina, claro que eso es culpa de los alberguistas
• Location: 7.5 madrid es muy grande y es dificil estar cerca de todo
• Common facilities and services: 5 habían los suficientes.
• Staff: 2.5 el señor que cada noche venía a las 22:30 a la cocina, para recordarnos que a las 23:30 se cerraba era muy poco amable
• Quietness: 2.5 mucha gente hacía ruido después de las 23:30
• Room: 2.5 estaba bien equipada pero para 2 personas era muy pequeña, la cama de matrimonio lo ocupaba todo y nosotras no eramos pareja.
• Value for money: 7.5 la habitacion no estaba acorde, deberia haber tenido 2 literas
