• Cleanliness: Not rated Sperms pots and menstruation spots on the blankets and matras, dirty walls ... awful! The toilets and showers weren%27t clean. I think that it is clear what i want to say ...
• Location: 7.5 Fine location, lovely street and terrasses in the neigbourhood
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 free internet and breakfast (to sober)
• Staff: 2.5 didn%27t speak english
• Quietness: 2.5 lot of noise during the day, at night it was ok.

• Value for money: Not rated I do not expect grand luxury, but a clean room is necessary

• Cleanliness: 5 The day I arrived it seemed someone had been sleeping on my bed. The previous persons%27 pillow cover was still on!
• Location: 10 Guests should be adviced to get off at Anton Martin.

• Staff: Not rated Unfortunately there was a cleaner who had a HUGE attitude problem! He even came up in conversation with other guests. He was extremely rude and possibly the worst thing about the hostel. The other members of staff were great!

• Cleanliness: 2.5 the common area was grimy and depressing. the one lounge was so dirty it stank. no one used it.

• Common facilities and services: 2.5 two internet terminals for 158 beds. there was always a cue.
• Staff: 2.5 one staff was nice. another could not speak english. when i asked for some basic tourist info, he told me to look it up on the internet! (the actually advertise tourist information)
• Quietness: 7.5 alright except for the hoards of screaming pubescents that were staying there.

• Value for money: 2.5 for 15 euros i got a bed, cold shower, use of internet. for the same price elsewhere i have felt more at home and welcomed.

• Location: 10 in the middle of Calle de las Huertas, heart of the "Movida", near to cheap restaurants, metro station, and a few minutes walk from El Prado, Puerta del Sol ecc....!

• Room: 5 very small the private room, normal the 4bed room...!very essential the forniture, but safe lockers and doors!
• Value for money: 7.5 maybe a little bit more than what i paid for i think :),for the first 3 nights i had booked 2 beds in a 8beds dorm, but they gave us a private room (thanx guys):)!
