Situated on a hill between the beaches of Laida and Laga, Gametxo offers a stunning views of the sea. Located within the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, which is a designated World Heritage Area. The Hotel is divided into 2 buildings of traditional Basque architectural style. The ample, 12000m² exterior of the hotel has garden areas with sun loungers, tables and chairs (in summer), a children’s play area, a car park and an area of native woodland with marvellous views of the surroundings. The first building has 18 distinctly decorated double rooms fitted out to the last detail, which we are sure will be to your taste. Each room has an en suite bathroom, some with shower cubicles and others with whirlpool baths, saunas and water-jet columns. The Superior double rooms are not only spacious and delightfully decorated with views of the sea or the mountain but have a lounge space with sofas in which you can watch TV or read. We also have extra beds and cots. All rooms have access to the internet, TV and phone. The second building consists of 7 apartments totally-equipped for your comfort. The apartments have a separate double room, (2 of them are like a studio) a lounge with a TV, access to the internet and a phone, a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, a microwave oven, a refrigerator and all essential utensils like crockery, cutlery, glasses, saucepans…
