• Location: 7.5 Beautiful location on the slopes of Teide - a drive to get to a lot of places, but that isn't really a huge issue at all
• Common facilities and services: 10 Spa is available as free to use for guests (and is very good), lovely gardens, cinema room, excellent restaurant
• Staff: 10 Staff were extremely friendly, polite, and efficient
• Quietness: 10 Room (and rest of hotel) nice and quiet and relaxing
• Room: 10 HUGE room - very comfy and jacuzzi bath was excellent!
• Value for money: 10 Not the cheapest, but worth every penny
