You will fined easley the Hostal beacuse of this proximity to the bus station "Termibus" and to the Metro station.

"Buenos días, lamentamos no haber cumplido sus expectativas. No obstante, creemos que usted sabía donde realizó su reserva, ya que la hizo mediante nuestra página web. En dicha página (aparte de verse los escritorios y mesillas antiguos según usted), aparece claramente nuestra denominación, PENSIÓN. El precio, salvo que usted tenga dificultad para distinguirlo, creemos que también aparece claramente indicado, en su caso el precio de la habitación doble (60 € I.V.A. incluido). Es posible que para usted eso sea precio de hotel, es por lo que no terminamos de entender entonces el por qué de su reserva en nuestra PENSIÓN. El tema de la limpieza, que no queremos entrar en detalles, nos esforzamos por mantener nuestra PENSIÓN lo más limpia y decente que nos es posible, aunque bien somos conscientes de nuestras carencias que intentamos solucionar y mejorar día a día. Por último, retomando el tema del mobiliario de la habitación, intentamos proporcionar a nuestros clientes habitaciones amplias y espaciosas. Evidentemente, nuestras mesillas y escritorios no son de la última colección de IKEA; pero intentamos mantenerlas en buen estado para que puedan seguir cumpliendo su función.
