• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: The whole experience was excellent. We asked to be moved from a top floor to a ground floor because of my recent knee surgery and this was done immediately!! Very impressed with friendliness of all staff, cleanliness of whole hotel, food was good and varied. Poole area was excellent and to see life guards was most re-assuring.
• Negative: Unfortunately the evening entertainment was very poor abd this we were disappointed in. No kids disco or decent entertainment during our stay. Also the lack of snacks in the later evening (sandwiches and crisps) for the children. Had to resort to vending machines or the Hiperdino for childrens suppers bit disappointing. We understand you cant please all of the people all of the time!!!!!
• I RECOMMEND it for... Older travelers, Families, Couples, Peace seekers, Modern style lovers, Handicapped, Budget travelers, Business travelers, Travelers with a car

• Cleanliness: 10 All areas very high standard.
• Location: 10 Local bus stop right outside.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Plenty of pools to choose from.
• Staff: 10 Very friendly and helpful.
• Quietness: 10 No disturbance from any noise.
• Room: 10 Very impressed with size and equipment in room.
• Value for money: 10 Apart from poor night entertainment it was excellent.

• Staff: 7.5 Reception staff were always helpful
• Quietness: 7.5 I asked for a quiet room away from the pool and was given this.
• Room: 5 The rooms were equipped with everything you needed. I requested a quiet apartment on the 2nd floor and this was provided. Only thing I would really recommend would be the rooms being equipped with Air Con as it was very very stuffy.
• Value for money: 7.5 You do get what you pay for! This was a cheap holiday and was standard 3* basic / average holiday. I was happy with what I got for the money I paid. It wasnt what I would usually go for but then again I would usually pay more for a holiday so I am satisfied with what we got.

• Cleanliness: 10 las limpiadoras un encanto. y todo bastante limpio casi a diaio.
• Location: 5 cerca de la playa, muchos lugares para alkiler de coches, y bus cerquisima
• Common facilities and services: 5 no hay cafetera, la tele sin mando a distancia, y 1º los canales ingleses y alemanes. menaje hogar muy completo. No me gustó nada que la piscina hay que desalojarla a als 18:00 en lo mejor¡¡¡¡
• Staff: 7.5 recepción muy bien, cuando llegue habia un poco de agua en el sueo, y vinieron a los 10 minutos, todo solucionado en media hora.
• Quietness: 10 muy trankilo, increible porque estaba lleno, tambien es verdad que van familias a lo mejor por eso, es tan trankilo
• Room: 7.5 muy amplia y completa.
• Value for money: 7.5 pague 231 € solo alojamiento por 7 dias.
