• Positive: This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Los Zocos and we love it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is lovelly and we loved the room which was very clean. The room cleaning service was fantastic.

• Cleanliness: 10 Room cleaning was brilliant and the the hotel including pool always looked clean.
• Location: 10 Close to the beach and restaurant.
• Common facilities and services: 10 Always good, our TV didnt work when first arrived. Phoned reception and an engineer was there very quickly
• Staff: 10 Very helpful and friendly. Kids entertainment was brilliant.

• Negative: the booking page, like this quiz is just in english, although being an Spanish company in Spain and also when dealing with Spanish costumers. You may loose clients because a lot of people in Spain (specially old people) don't speak English

• Negative: The room was very dirty on arrival, unclean bathroom and kitchen surfaces. Blood on the toilet and bathroom floor. The deadbolt on the door did not work, I was told that this did not work in any room but this was not true as I had friends in other rooms where this worked. Staying on my own with my son this did not feel very safe.
