• Positive: Usual friendly staff - rooms comfortable and kept clean spent 15 years at the Hotel and have made many friends we meet up each year. New pool is lovely.
• Negative: The new flooring around the pool seems to be too slippery when wet I had to buy safer shoes to cope with this a rubberised coating would make this safe.
