La mampara de la ducha es pequeña, por lo que sale todo el agua y acaba todo el suelo del baño mojado. Es muy incómodo.

Generally the cleanliness of the hotel and room was good, however, the sofa bed in room 4101 has a large stain on the mattress. Also, on the weekend the cleaners did not make the bed or change the towels. They only came in and emptied the bins

The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Costa Teguise and there is not much close to the hotel, however, we knew this before we booked and we love the walk from the hotel along the beach to the square. Being outside the centre of Costa Teguise also means it is nice and quiet

The jacuzzi suites are fantastic. The balcony is large with 2 sun beds, 1 jacuzzi and a table with 4 chairs meaning you can stay around your own room all day if you wish.

Nice staff, hotel and rooms clean.
Indoor swimming pool.
Beautiful large rooms.
Many things to do for kids (area, kids club, mini disco).
Breakfast was top!

To have only 3 free entrances at indoor swimming pool when you do not take all inclusive option.
Only 1 hour allowed for kids in the indoor swimming pool (and between 12:00 and 13:00, when it is time for lunch for kids), not acceptable.
Small indoor swimming pool not in perfect condition.
External "heated" swimming pool to cold (was there in february/march).
Not enough material to cook in the kitchen (but we did not ask some, maybe it was possible to have some).
Restaurant to expensive when you do not book the "all inclusive" option (24 euros is 5 or 6 euros to expensive I think).
