• Staff: Not rated The front desk staff overcharged us for our room and kept changing the exchange rate which was overcharging us even more, we had confirmed prices for our room for the 5 nights and upon check out he decided he could overcharge us hundreds of dollars and would not help us and was extremely rude! We finally had to just pay and are trying to deal with it now as we had to catch a taxi to catch our ferry to get back to the airport!

• Would you recommend it? Yes
• Positive: The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and in a great location. The villas are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our overall stay was lovely and we would definitely be back here again!
• Negative: The service at the restaurants and bar is a little lacking and some of the servers don’t speak English well. Otherwise the main downfall is the fact they do t have sun beds on the actual beach by the water, I think of the resort managed this they could be the best resort on the island.
• I RECOMMEND it for... Young travelers, Older travelers, Families, Couples, Luxury, Peace seekers, Modern style lovers, Budget travelers, Business travelers, Healthy lifestyle

• Cleanliness: 10 Very clean rooms and resort.
• Location: 10 Very safe and close walking distance to the square.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The pool area is stunning, both upstairs and down. Sunbeds and hammocks are a lovely touch , and sunbeds on beach would be A game changer.
• Staff: 5 Staff could use a little more training in the restaurants.
• Quietness: 5 Neighbors with children made a bit of noise, but it quitened down later at night. Also kids made a bit of noise early during breakfast time.
• Room: 10 Great large bed.
• Value for money: 10

• Positive: The design and look of the hotel. Friendly staff. Great location, great breakfast options, great service.
• Negative: Unreliable Wi-Fi service. I wish there were also lounge chairs Or section on the beach side. Servers Don't bring you drinks to the lounge areas.
