• Positive: I loved everything about this hotel - the charming staff, the location, the spacious room, the pretty garden.

• Cleanliness: 10 Our towels are changed daily as was our bedding - excellent maid service.
• Location: 10 Ideally placed between the sea and the railway station with great access to local shops and restaurants. Five minutes to the sparking sea!
• Common facilities and services: 10 We did not take breakfast so cannot comment but the general areas of the hotel and the garden were beautifully maintained.
• Staff: 10 Without exception we were treated impeccably by all members of staff. The were all very polite and very friendly. A special thanks to the handyman who helped me out when I discovered I had brought along the wrong key to open the lock on my suitcase!
• Quietness: 7.5 The inside of the hotel was very peaceful but of course there is always the noise of the city outside which the hotel can do nothing about.
• Room: 10 Our garden view room was excellent - very spacious and light with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with more than sufficient storage space. The view over the garden was delightful.
• Value for money: 10 I believe we did very much have value for money at this hotel and would not hesitate in returning.
