• Positive: the comfortable bed. The charm and character of this quaint Hotel. The lovely breakfast and central location to a lot of places all within walking distance or easy reach of the metro.
• Negative: The mirrored walls in the bathroom. {who wants to see themselves on the toilet?} The exposed pipes in the bathroom that could easily be covered and the plastic orange dustbin. A little more effort would make it a little more special and pretty.

• Cleanliness: 5 Bathroom was not super clean. Stains on the bath. Dust easily noticeable on the exposed pipes.
• Location: 7.5 Very good location to Gare Du Noord station, metro and walking distance to Montmarte etc.
• Common facilities and services: 5 Room would be extra special if a kettle with tea and coffee facilities were added.
• Staff: 7.5 We found the staff very helpful and friendly.
• Quietness: 5 Hotel quite noisy with doors opening and closing and hearing people on the inside steps and also hearing next rooms plumbing.
• Room: 5 Strange to have mirrors covering two whole walls. Room average in decoration. But comfortable and bed was very nice. A kettle would be nice.
• Value for money: 7.5 Good value overall. Breakfast was lovely.

• Positive: The location!!!!! 3 metrostations (2 lines) nearby. Quality versus price is very good considering it's a 2*-hotel Breakfast was really french: croissant, bread, sweet bread, jus d'orange, coffee/tea/chocolate (no egg or cheese).
• Negative: When you can't look at yourself in the mirror: don't stay in this hotel. You can't miss yourself (the mirrors are all over the place).

• Common facilities and services: 5 only 3 coat hangers and 2 were broken. Luckily I always carry several of my own as I know the hotel ones won't cater for my trousers
• Staff: 10 they are all lovely!
• Quietness: 5 Lift and clients on stairs very noisy
• Room: 7.5 new curtains etc. tables had a new varnish but badly dented!
• Value for money: 7.5 at €60 a night very good value.

• Positive: The hotel was attractively furnished and the garden was very nice too and it was a good location
• Negative: We had a ground floor room and it is was very noisy, it seemed to be bad soundfproofing - you could hear people walking about backwards and forwards and televisions on etc. Also there were 3 breakfast tables for the whole hotel and it looked like they had about 40 rooms, so you had to keep going backwards and forwards to see if a table was free.

• Cleanliness: 10 Bedding towels and cleaning very good. Room a bit tatty round the edges.
• Location: 10 Excellent - near a very interesting area and to two tube metro lines

• Staff: 2.5 We did not have a tv control and had to ask for it for 2 days consistently from the night porter who was very sullen. The other staff were OK though

• Value for money: 5 through this site, I good a good deal, but if I had paid their correct prices, I would have not been happy. The breakfast price was included but if it had not of been, it was 7 euros for rolls and coffee!
