• Common facilities and services: 5 Nice garden to have breakfast in the morning. Historical escalator that we loved the most.

• Quietness: 10 located in a quiet street, very quiet rooms.
• Room: 5 small rooms and bathrooms but decorated in a historical style. Lovely french balconies and curtains.

• Positive: the excellent location, spacious rooms, quirky decor, nice piped music and pleasant staff - especially the lovely lady who serves breakfast
• Negative: the carpets are looking a little tired and stained. The dingy and pokey room in the courtyard that we were first offered is completely unacceptable unless you enjoy people eating, drinking and smoking right outside your window.

• Room: 5 the room and bathroom were spacious, however, the artificial timber flooring in our room was ugly and very poorly installed and the bed sagged and was not very comfortable.
• Value for money: 5 our room was definitely not the one featured on the website!
