• Positive: The staff were really friendly and there was always someone around to ask questions, as a single traveler i was worried but they put me at ease.

• Cleanliness: 7.5 i had a maid clean my room every day.
• Location: 7.5 i was able to walk from the train station to the hotel no problem and there is a metro just around the corner of the hotel.
• Common facilities and services: 7.5 The courtyard was beautiful, and the wifi was free and really fast.
• Staff: 10 were friendly and full of advice.
• Quietness: 7.5 it is on a quiet street with hardly any traffic or noise.
• Room: 7.5 the room had everything i could need desk, mini bar, tv and bathroom.
• Value for money: 10 after researching a lot of hotels this one was a good budget hotel and much nicer then i expected for the money i spent.
