• Positive: El Hotel en general es fantástico. Muy agradable, con unas instalaciones y decoración propias de un 4 estrellas. Buen buffet desayuno. Cerquísima de todo, en una zona privilegiada de Madrid. Genial por el precio de las habitaciones, sobre todo en las ofertas de reserva anticipada por internet.
• Negative: Las obras de la Calle Victoria, y lo sucio que encontramos el barrio, y la zona de Canalejas (como Madrid en general). De todas formas, hemos vuelto y volveremos sin duda a este hotel.
