• Negative: Not having tea making in the room but this is standard in Europe so wasn%27t specific to the hotel.

• Cleanliness: 10 Spotless and the cleaning ladies obviously worked very hard.
• Location: 10 In an interesting area and near the metro.
• Common facilities and services: 2.5 Didn%27t really notice common facilities as I had breakfast outside the hotel. Television had CNN and BBC1.
• Staff: 10 ALways pleasant and helpful and thankfully spoke English.
• Quietness: 5 The hotel itself was very quiet but the street was quite noisy. I could have asked to be moved but I enjoyed the street activity.
• Room: 10 I had booked a double bed for single occupancy. The bed was very comfortable. The view over the street was entertaining,
• Value for money: 5 It was pricey but as a single traveller you tend to expect that. I could have stayed somewhere less expensive but I felt safe in the hotel and therefore enjoyed my stay.

• Positive: It was so handy with the Les Halles metro just round the corner. Lots of nice small French cafes and restaurants. There are lots of good shops too, and the Sun market was very french.

• Common facilities and services: 5 The room seemed very empty. There was no welcome folder with information and nothing available through the TV either. The room was also very dark due to the weak lighting. When taking a shower, the floor was filled with water which then run towards the room carpet.

• Room: 5 Big enough for 3 beds for a short period of time. View into courtyard was sufficient.
