• Positive: the friendliness of the staff and service of the drinks in the bar and pool area.
• Negative: The attitude of the restaurant managers when I asked to reserve a table for seven every evening, as I had a person in a wheelchair who did not understand that they had to wait for food. As the hotel got busier, it became a problem each night waiting for example five minutes for a table, when everyone else was sat immediately. Then finally we had to wait 25 minutes and the manager still staying the restaurant was too small to book a large table and didn't take into consideration the fact we had a wheelchair. I feel that nobody has really addressed this, even with me letting reception know when I was paying my bill. I will not stay again on this basis as we were discriminated against being a large group who obviously wanted to eat dinner together. Please take into consideration disabilities and let your restaurant manager know that he is the reason whey all of us won't be back.
