• Positive: La atención del personal y la comida, teniendo en cuenta que es buffet, está bastante bien cocinada y hay mucha variedad.
• Negative: El hotel es demasiado grande, mucha gente por todas partes, es agobiante. La recepción y las zonas comunes parecen un centro comercial, salas enormes pero oscuras, sin luz natural, el mar no se percibe por ningún sitio, a pesar de estar tan cerca. Los baños de las habitaciones son muy pequeños, nunca he estado en un hotel de cuatro estrellas, y me he alojado en muchos, con baños tan pequeños. Las terrazas de las habitaciones superiores son horribles, sin nada de privacidad, además tienes que tener la puerta cerrada porque todo el mundo fuma en las otras terrazas y te ahúman la habitación.

• Quietness: 2.5 Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, se oye todo del resto de las habitaciones.
• Room: 2.5 El baño es tan pequeño que agobia. En la terraza no se puede estar porque no hay nada de privacidad y, además, te llega todo el humo del tabaco del resto de las terrazas.

• Common facilities and services: 7.5 Sólo puedo hacer una crítica del servicio de hamacas gestionado en el bar de la playa del hotel. El precio me parece excesivo y los empleados poco diligentes al inicio de la jornada puesto que efectuaban las labores de limpieza de hamacas y camas balinesas a la misma hora en que comienza el servicio, es decir, con algunas de ellas ya ocupadas.
