• Negative: I paid substantially extra for a suite upgrade, however I did not receive the suite that I paid for. When I questioned staff at reception, I was informed the top floor suites would have been to hot for us. I received no credit. I am returning this year for two weeks with my family however we will be staying elsewhere. I feel cheated and ripped off by this hotel.

• Location: 10 La playa de La Barrosa es preciosa. Sancti Petri , mágico. Cádiz y su gente única.
