• Positive: El trato del personal. ..especialmente la chica y el chico que estaban en la plancha en el comedor.
• Negative: Que no dispusieramos de algunos servicios que aparecian en la pagina de reserva (animación infantil. ....vimos a la animadora pero ni hablaba español ni tuvo intención de acercarse a atender a nuestros hijos). Tampoco habia actuacion de noche..ni siquiera música. A pesar de haber pocas gente en el hotel solicitamos que nos pusieran los bungalows juntosy estabamos en el mismo pasillo pero separados a pesar de estar vacios el resto de bungalows.

• Cleanliness: 5 Ameisen in den Zimmern, da Fugen nicht richtig verputzt. Reinigungspersonal hat sich sehr bemüht, war aber nicht gründlich genug.
