• Positive: die freundliche und liebenswürdige Art aller Mitarbeiter.Daher buchen wir für unseren Mallorcaurlaub immer dieses Hotel und waren nun insgesamt bereits 5x dort.Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!Was uns noch erfreut ist, dass das Personal zum Teil noch das selbe ist, wie vor 8 Jahren schon.Dieses Hotel ist für uns einer der Höhepunkte unseres Urlaubes!
• Negative: die für uns unverständliche Art anderer Gäste Poolliegen bereits bei Sonnenaufgang mit ihren Handtüchern zu reservieren und letztlich erscheint über den Tag niemand, um sie tatsächlich zu nutzen.Wir taten dies nie!Glücklicherweise nutzten wir die Liegen erst am Nachmittag, da wir mit unserem Mietwagen viel umherfuhren.Bei unserer Rückkehr waren stets Liegen frei.
