• Cleanliness: 7.5 Polsterung wurde nicht abgesaugt, Dusche hatte schwarzen Schimmel, was bei täglicher sorgfältiger Reinigung nicht vorkommen würde.

• Staff: 7.5 Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber kam auch an Grenzen, zb. als ich nach einem vegetarischen, glutenfreien und zuckerfreien Frühstück gefragt habe - also nach einem gesunden Frühstück.

• Room: 7.5 Eigentlich schönes modernes Zimmer das Superio. Nur leider zw. Bett und Kühlschrank zu eng (ist Weg um ins Bad zu kommen). Der Kühlschrank sollte wo anders stehen.
• Value for money: 7.5 Nein, wegen der vorgenannten Gründe.

• Staff: 10 Fantastic! All very helpful and very friendly
• Quietness: 7.5 Our room was next to the stairwell so there was some noise at night when entertainment finished
• Room: 7.5 Good room, no view, however, this was not our original room as we asked for something bigger on arrival and staff asked us to check this room and see if it was satisfactory.
• Value for money: 10 Definitely. I have stayed in hotels that were more expensive and no where near the standard of this one. The cleanliness, staff and food was fantastic
